Art as Meditation is my process of creation and during this time, I was seeking to work with pretty and calming fabrics and colors. Sometimes my quilts have messages or come at a time when I wish to express a thought or feeling. This pretty quilt suiting my feeling of comfort and ease at this time of my life.
The quilt features custom-designed floral fabrics from Spoonflower.com. I love watercolor flowers and these fabrics coordinated perfectly with the dragonfly fabric. Dragonflies visit my garden often, and I am always happy to see them.

Dancing Spirit Quilts, tops, backing, and batting, and are 100% cotton. Wash in warm water with a gentle detergent; they are dryer safe. Note: Quilts that are finished with or include a ragged edge may continue to "lint-out' during the next one or two washings, but will stabilize after that.
