Miles to Go2. Inspired by the poem by Robert Frost, I made a quilt in the tones of snowy woods, dark and mysterious. (posted on my website)
Then I had a dream of the "miles to go" theme. I was hiking along a trail on a canyon edge; the sky was clear and bright, the horizon open and beautiful. The colors were the shades of Utah canyons. Thus, I wanted to express a different viewpoint of "miles to go before I sleep." This quilt features custom-printed fabrics along with a strap-trim, woven on an Inkle loom by Kim Davis.
